Having made four different arrangements for riding during the week and all of them falling through for a variety of reasons I've had to accept last week as a rest week off the bike. Very frustrating!
This week is looking a bit more positive starting with a lunchtime ride.
I did manage to enter the Krakadouw 80k race on the 17th of May and am really looking forward to that.
Mountain biking as a workout.
