The Polar training programme really tapered down this week and leaves only 4½ hours of riding next week which is virtually nothing.
This week started well with a great ride on Wednesday, but I really was counting on a quality ride on Sunday which just didn't happen.
I'm two hours down on my target for the week but I guess that with such a small target for the week it shouldn't be a train smash. I guess time will tell.
